SERVICES
AIRIM provides brand strategy, visual identity design, creative direction, 
packaging, and brand consulting services. All services are delivered 
remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

HOW TO REQUEST SERVICES
Services can be requested by contacting miriam@airim.studio. 
All projects begin with a discovery call and are formalized through 
a written contract and invoice before work begins.

PRICING
Pricing varies by project scope. Indicative ranges are listed on the 
Services page. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue unless otherwise 
agreed in writing. Payments are accepted via bank transfer in USD or EUR.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Work completed up to the 
date of cancellation is non-refundable. For monthly retainer agreements, 
a minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of creative services, completed work is 
non-refundable. If AIRIM is unable to deliver agreed services, 
a proportional refund will be issued for work not completed.

DELIVERY
Digital deliverables are delivered via email or shared cloud folder 
within the timeline agreed in each project contract.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All final deliverables become the property of the client upon receipt 
of full payment. AIRIM retains the right to display completed work 
in its portfolio with prior client consent.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject 
to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
